About Us

Hi! 

We're Chip and Jo. We are the owner/operators of Shelterwood Fibre Co., a small scale fibre processing mill in the Okanagan.

We run the mill on our small acreage in the North Okanagan. We also have a small flock of 11 sheep, some chickens, and a couple wild kids. 

You can find us enjoying our local mountains, or paddling the gorgeous lakes our region is famous for. The mill was conceived on a cross Canada camping trip in 2022, and we've been learning and building this business since we opened in 2023 - thanks for stopping by!
